Looks like the removal of  ~I2C_FUNC_SMBUS_QUICK was missed
while applying it. Update of this in attachment.

ARM: OMAP: Remove ~I2C_FUNC_SMBUS_QUICK to make this hack
working. Beautify #ifdef.
