I would like to inform you all of the availability of the OMAP4430 
Silicon Rev2.0 Public TRM.

* About every month or as needed a new version of the OMAP44xx TRM will 
be made available in above alternate location as there are update/fixes 
to the document.

tried that one, doesn't work with ubuntu 10.04, Gentoo or Debian Sid.
Doesn't go passed splash screen.

We have informed the developers of CTT. They are planning to publish an 
updated CTT tool (v1.7.0.3) with this issue fixed in a few days - stay 
tuned.

Quick update on this thread. An updated version of the CTT tool is now 
published at the same location 
(http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/wtbu/wtbudocumentcenter.tsp?templateId=6123&navigationId=12037#62 
). It has been verified under Ubuntu 10.04. Take it for a spin!
