Hi, I tried "video=stifb:bpp:8", "stifb=bpp:8", "video=stifb:bpp:32", "stifb=bpp:32" with kernels 2.6.4, 2.6.8.1-pa11 and the current 2.6.9-pa kernel, all with the same result as before. It does not seem to be the same problem mentioned in the posting above, because I could never get a 2.6.x-kernel running on my machine.
