I'm really happy, it works at the end....the solution: 
mem_pdc_call(IODC_IO, PDC_IO_RESET_AND_CLEAR...

I've succeded to initialised the device, now next step,
read and write on this device (but I think it should be
easy). I keep you aware asap.
