Thanks for the patch. That driver is pretty much dead, but I'll
certainly take patches that remove dead code. But it has a few
problems to fix first.
Run "git log --oneline drivers/pci/hotplug/ibmphp_core.c" and make
your subject line match.

Doesn't apply cleanly, looks like it's whitespace-damaged. Send the
