[PATCH] PCI: cpqphp: Fix error handling in cpqhpc_init()

The cpqhpc_init() returns without checking the retval from
pci_register_driver().
If the pci_register_driver() failed, the module failed to install,
leaving the cpqhp debugfs not unregistered.
