[PATCH kernel 4/9] dma/swiotlb: Stop forcing SWIOTLB for TDISP devices

SWIOTLB is enforced when encrypted guest memory is detected
in pci_swiotlb_detect() which is required for legacy devices.

Skip SWIOTLB for TDISP devices.
