Fix kernel-doc warnings in drivers/pci/pci.c:

Warning(drivers/pci/pci.c:1550): No description found for parameter 'pci_dev'
Warning(drivers/pci/pci.c:1550): Excess function parameter 'dev' description in 'pci_wakeup'
