Subject: [PATCH 1/6] perf events: Introduce realtime clock event
Date: Sun, 27 Feb 2011 20:52:26 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1298865151-23656-2-git-send-email-daahern@cisco.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1298865151-23656-1-git-send-email-daahern@cisco.com>
The motivation for this event is to correlate perf_clock() time stamps
to wall-clock (gettimeofday()) equivalents for comparing perf events
to other log files.
This patch is based on the monotonic patch by Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
<acme@redhat.com>.
