I wonder if it makes sense for idle state 0 to promote itself to idle state 1 after some amount of time? Maybe something like 2x the exit latency (or target residency?) of C1? --=20 All Rights Reversed. --=-Drpuuu/96OTk1FRNTyWV Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 iQEcBAABAgAGBQJW5ssmAAoJEM553pKExN6DIzEIAJaiKzYjxha+s3f8Odfrfire kGJaBC+3YrKXmZgvTaoxvZTu3S2fi1fUVt+G/6jq46+afk0Zo9tF7Mb7Zt4leiur XX8hU71soCPeL8IJUEmYobAD+BHjWVeqIMq9pSax9KyyRWz/Z6CVqqJqq1B64/zq L6Uz3O2BDtwnvnLnAQfW97iMj4X6e3dxyfzLuBp2E44TRaa4JpVbB/lDKw0iKrm/ kV3V6hq5tC7i41sAMrgJjwuMr7/lmnQuYJFJSL4Tl9FsGSGfdfPEw4jTCzxZsqh2 Me4zS3AtaZNWksQSDyw4UraZ1RMASb8e/l6BSRXAwYYqP6pZ12vK86I1lCyydF8= =0S85 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-Drpuuu/96OTk1FRNTyWV--
