Subject: [PATCH] cpufreq/CPPC: Add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE for cppc_cpufreq driver

MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is added so that CPPC cpufreq module can be
automatically loaded when we have a acpi processor device with
"ACPI0007" hid.
