Video drivers which explicitly test for messages reporting
PM_EVENT_FREEZE will now handle PM_EVENT_PRETHAW the same way.

Video drivers which explicitly test for messages reporting
PM_EVENT_FREEZE will now handle PM_EVENT_PRETHAW the same way.
