Asking here is fine with me, don't know about the other list readers.
Another place (albeit much more crowded :-) is the linux-kernel
mailinglist.
Website: i don't know.
FAQ: Documentation/power/swsusp.txt. If you have more questions, we can
always add them there ;-)
