It never happened under 2.6.26, but that doesn't say much, as I barely used hibernation with that kernel. I used suspend-to-RAM much, which always worked and still does. If I found a way to reproduce the issue, I could test it under 2.6.26. I haven't put much thought into that, though. -- Regards, Feri.
