That is correct, and was intentional. It just lists tsc now.
To get the actual CPU frequencies, you have to use:
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
Or, I guess, more correctly these days:
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/policy*/scaling_cur_freq
