I can map WWNs to scsi id (target) - this does not help at all cause the
LUNs are changing, not the targets.

Yes. For the second I am not sure.

You need to map your drives WWN's to SCSI-ID's. And no, the stock kernels
apparently can not do this (at least i found not documentation and no
indications in the code). However all major FC-HBA vendors offer their own
drivers for Linux which allow you to do WWN mapping.
