THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT FIX. Power cycle the box a few times, quickly enough to not let the disks loose all their momentum. Power on for two seconds, power off, power back on for two more seconds. Two or three cycles should have the disks spun up, and you can leave it on to boot the box.
