Subject: Magic SysRq key and RAID
Date: Thu, 08 Aug 2002 22:16:53 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3D52DFC5.5030103@oclinux.net> (raw)
Is there an easy way to kill the RAID processes using the magic SysRq
key so that the there is not a resync when the machine has to be
rebooted using it. The RAID processes seem to be unkillable which you
would think at least think root would be able to do that even though it
would freeze the machine.
Michael.
