For those of you that don't know, there is a patchworks set up for the
linux-rdma mailing list.  That patchworks is horribly out of date.  It
has not been maintained since, well, probably forever.  I intend to make
use of this as it's a valuable tool for getting maintainer work done.
As such, this is a quick note to let people know that I'm going to reset
patchworks for the linux-rdma list.  It's too much to go through and
categorize 1000+ backlogged patch entries, so I'm simply going to mark
all of them Rejected which will clear them out of the list.

What this means to patch submitters:  If I don't have your patch already
in my most recent pull request to Linus, then it will need to be
reposted so that it is re-entered in patchworks (except for your last
one Steve, it came through after I had cleared out the list).

Exceptions: I kept around the patches that were Under Review by
maintainers (Hal and Ira, although I accidentally rejected one of yours
Ira, my apologies, I didn't see it in the list until just as I hit the
submit button).

In the future, if people want to know the status of things, patchworks
can actually be used for that purpose.  For those that don't know, here
is the patchworks address:
