When calculating p_timer->timeout.tv_sec and p_timer->timeout.tv_nsec,
the carry was ignored, resulting in wrong value in p_timer->timeout.tv_sec,
and value > 10^9 in p_timer->timeout.tv_nsec (illegal value).
