Move of upstream librdmacm and ibacm git trees

I have moved the upstream git trees for the librdmacm and ibacm from

	git.openfabrics.org --> github.com

The new trees were added to the ofiwg project:

	https://github.com/ofiwg/librdmacm.git
	https://github.com/ofiwg/ibacm.git

This will allow developers to take advantage of github features -- discussion tracking, coverity code analysis, continuous integration build testing, multiple maintainers, etc.

Thanks! This is very usefulr for all (not only devs). Does it possible
to accept pull requests via github?

Yes, I plan on using github pull requests going forward.  Much easier for me.  :)

Do you plan to copy github pull requests on this mailing list too? So
all developers will be able to follow the development and not the github
users only.

No, I don't plan on re-posting PRs to this mailing list, unless there is a need to get wider input.  Almost all new user space work is being done off this list anyway.

Github is open source, and anyone can subscribe for notifications.  As far as I can tell, very few non-kernel developers monitor this list.  Github associates change requests with open issues and discussion, and allowing people to manage their spam before it hits their inbox is more likely to increase review.

It is your project and your decision, however my feeling that such move
will decrease the number of participants and disconnect the majority of
relevant developers from these projects.

There is nothing against hosting project on Github and my ask is to
cross-post PRs on this mailing list too, which is possible to do in fully
automatic way.
