[PATCH v1 12/22] xprtrdma: Simplify rpcrdma_ep_post_recv()

Clean up.

Since commit fc66448549bb ("xprtrdma: Split the completion queue"),
rpcrdma_ep_post_recv() no longer uses the "ep" argument.
