It means your system doesn't support the thing tested. In all the
cases you showed the thing is optional.

It means your systems is old. These are expected on xenial

Yes, it will be installe during the 'ninja install' step, but you can
run it from the build directory too.
We should really fix things to put the runnable version into build/bin...
