I have the corrected WARN_ON_ONCE patch and the above patch as well as the rest as it was from Barts tree.

Still fails.

For a baseline I can revert 
a83e404 IB/srp: Reenable IB_MR_TYPE_SG_GAPS

Then test again to make sure we are starting from a good place.
