Then, because I'm only taking -rc candidate fixes this cycle, I took patches 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13. I left out 4 because it is rather large, and because this represents something that is arguably a feature implementation and not a strict bug fix that has a workaround (just use vlans with egress mappings and the issue is resolved). I left out 9 because of its size and the non-urgent nature of the fix.
