This patch selects following GENERIC_IRQ kconfig options:
GENERIC_IRQ_MULTI_HANDLER
GENERIC_IRQ_PROBE
GENERIC_IRQ_SHOW_LEVEL
HANDLE_DOMAIN_IRQ
