[PATCH] riscv: boot: add zstd support

[PATCH] riscv: boot: add zstd support

Support build the zstd compressed Image.zst. Similar as other
compressed formats, the Image.zst is not self-decompressing and
the bootloader still needs to handle decompression before
launching the kernel image.
