[PATCH v1] MAINTAINERS: exclude maintained subdirs in RISC-V misc DT entry

The Allwinner & Renesas stuff doesn't go through my tree, so it is a wee
bit misleading to have them match against the "misc" entry in
MAINTAINERS.
