SpacemiT K1 has two gigabit Ethernet MACs with RGMII and RMII support.
Add a driver for them, as well as the supporting devicetree and bindings
updates.

Tested on BananaPi BPI-F3 and Milk-V Jupiter.

I would like to note that even though some bit field names superficially
resemble that of DesignWare MAC, all other differences point to it in
fact being a custom design.

Based on SpacemiT drivers [1]. This series depends on reset controller
support for K1 [2]. These patches can also be pulled from:

https://github.com/dramforever/linux/tree/k1/ethernet/v2

Note on patch 3: I am still fairly certain that such a bus with empty
ranges is allowed under both the spirit and the letter of simple-bus
bindings [3].  This also passes "make dtbs_check" with only unrelated
warnings that was already there.

The Ethernet MACs found on SpacemiT K1 appears to be a custom design
that only superficially resembles some other embedded MACs. SpacemiT
refers to them as "EMAC", so let's just call the driver "k1_emac".

This driver is based on "k1x-emac" in the same directory in the vendor's
tree [1]. Some debugging tunables have been fixed to vendor-recommended
defaults, and PTP support is not included yet.

The SpacemiT K1 has various static translations of DMA accesses. Add one
of these translations, namely network-bus, as a simple-bus node with
dma-ranges. Child nodes of network-bus will come in later patches.

The node is named "network-bus" in consensus with SpacemiT [1].

This is a rather large function. Can parts of it be pulled out into
helpers? The Coding style document says:

An mdio-bus node is normally optional. You can pass NULL to
devm_of_mdiobus_register() and it will do the correct thing, register
the bus, and scan it for devices.

An MDIO bus and fixed link are also not mutually exclusive. When the
MAC is connected to an Ethernet switch, you often see an fixed-link,
and have an MDIO bus, with the switches management interface being
MDIO.

The documentation for of_phy_connect() says:

 * If successful, returns a pointer to the phy_device with the embedded
 * struct device refcount incremented by one, or NULL on failure. The
 * refcount must be dropped by calling phy_disconnect() or phy_detach().
