RISC-V Microconferece at LPC 2018

Hi,
We are planning to propose RISC-V Microconference at Linux Plumbers 
2018. Here is the draft proposal hosted in Google doc with some initial 
topics and expected participant list.

If anybody is interested to attend the miniconf in case it gets 
accepted, please let me know. I will update the confirmed participant list.

Moreover, if you would like to discuss any other topic during the 
miniconf, feel free to edit the document or just reply to me with your 
topic.

RISC-V microconference is now officialy accepted in LPC2018.
