[PATCH] rt-tests: hwlat.txt: smidetect renamed to hwlatdetect

[PATCH] rt-tests: hwlat.txt: smidetect renamed to hwlatdetect

- smidetect was long ago renamed to hwlatdetct, reflect this in hwlat.txt
- Fix a few spelling mistakes, and add a missing option
