Dear RT Folks,

I'm pleased to announce the 3.8.13-rt13 release.

changes since v3.8.13-rt12:
- added a patch from Paul Gortmaker to use raw_spin_lock instead of bit
  spinlocks list_bl.h

The delta patch against v3.8.13-rt12 is appended below and can be found here:
