Subject: [PATCH RT 3/4] rcu: make RCU_BOOST default on RT
Date: Tue, 29 Apr 2014 10:31:01 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20140429143112.488914460@goodmis.org> (raw)

[-- Attachment #1: 0003-rcu-make-RCU_BOOST-default-on-RT.patch --]
[-- Type: text/plain, Size: 1060 bytes --]

3.10.37-rt38-rc2 stable review patch.
If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

From: Sebastian Andrzej Siewior <bigeasy@linutronix.de>

Since it is no longer invoked from the softirq people run into OOM more
often if the priority of the RCU thread is too low. Making boosting
default on RT should help in those case and it can be switched off if
someone knows better.
