Hi,
I saw in the download page (
https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/)
that between the 4.0 patch (patches-4.0.8-rt6.tar.xz, July 2015)
and the 4.1 patch (patches-4.1.13-rt15.tar.xz, November) there is a
time difference of about 4 months).
My question is about a patch against 4.2 ? when is it expected to be
released ? are there any chances that
it will be available this month ?

Maybe. Depends on your behavior. So in 14 days from now you can check
what will be there under your Christmas tree and see. Until then be
patience.
In case you receive a v4.2-RT patchset on christmas morning please share
with us because I am not working on it.
