Because it was part of a merge of the outstanding commits from
7.0/scsi-queue, this patch doesn't appear at the top of the history for
7.0/scsi-fixes.
It is there, though:
$ git ol v7.0-rc1..7.0/scsi-fixes | grep storvsc
57297736c082 ("scsi: storvsc: Fix scheduling while atomic on PREEMPT_RT")
