This is a dump of everything I've had in my pending but not applicable
to -rc queue for the last few months.  There's nothing earthshattering,
but I'm afraid we have another qla2xxx firmware update making the whole
thing rather big.

Is a diff representation of this bk patch likely to
find it ways into:
http://parisc-linux.org/~jejb/scsi_diffs/

or has it been placed (or likely to be placed) somewhere
else?

OK, cockup in the push scripts which I've hopefully sorted out.  It's up
there now (although it's 3.6MB thanks to the qla firmware patches).
