Subject: sg.c data corruption patch needed in 2.4.20
Date: Sun, 23 Feb 2003 16:00:07 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20030223160007.6b745f10.Scsi@SpoofWorks.com> (raw)

Various cdrecord websites reference a patch to correct a data corruption problem in the 2.4.19 version of /scsi/sg.c:

<http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=linux-kernel&m=102988803812043&w=2>

I have been unable to find any further information on whether this problem was discounted or repaired. More specifically I am wondering whether the patch needs to be applied to my version of 2.4.20. Any enlightenment would be most appreciated :)

Thanks, Scott.
