Merge linux-aacraid-devel into linux-scsi@vger.kernel.org

I'd like to delete the linux-aacraid-devel@dell.com mailing list, and
merge the content generally discussed there into the
linux-scsi@vger.kernel.org mailing list, in hopes that this will
further bring kernel developers, driver developers, and end users into
closer alignment with this driver than has previously been the case.

When linux-aacraid-devel was first created, the driver had not yet
been merged into the mainline kernel.  Now it's been there for several
years, and significant active development of it takes place on both
linux-aacraid-devel and linux-scsi, which is poor.

When implemented, posters to linux-aacraid-devel will have their
messages dropped, and will receive a reply telling them instead to
post to linux-scsi@vger.kernel.org.  I'll leave this in place for
several months at least.

This is now in place.  I expect this to be the last message being sent
via linux-aacraid-devel@dell.com mailing list.  Please direct all
future aacraid development messages to linux-scsi@vger.kernel.org.
