SMSC USB 2.0 8-in-1 card reader requires max_luns=6 option

Hello,

my USB 2.0 8-in-1 card reader requires the parameter
max_luns=6 in order to show all devices with kernel 2.6.
Please add it to the list of devices to probe all luns.
