Many variations of SCSI=y/m, SCSI_NETLINK=y/m/n, PMCRAID=y/m/n,
SCSI_FC_ATTRS=y/m/n, SCSI_ISCSI_ATTRS=y/m/n build successfully for me.
(no run-time testing)
