Hi Andrew,
I'm running 2.6.16-rc1 + your driver from mm4. The entire mm4 patch
causes the kernel to not compile for my ia64 platform.
I'm observing a system hang at shutdown. Some dpc threads appear to
be in the state below and the associated scsi_wq threads are all as shown.
Smells like a deadlock.
It appears as though the four patches you referenced in email are already
applied.
Have I got the right code?
--
Additional testing also showed an OOPS (below) with the same code.
I was running lots of i/o and did switchdisable / switchenable.
Mike

Andrew,
I was able to repeat the OOPS with 2.6.16-rc2. Here' another backtrace and
more info. This happened with a switchdisable / switchenable sequence.
Let me know if I can help. If at all possible, SGI would like to have a
resolution that makes it into SuSE's sles10.
Regards and thanks,
Mike
