[PATCH 4/4] stex: minor cleanup and version update

Add debug information into abort and host_reset routine.
Change ioremap to ioremap_nocache.
Version updated to 3.6.0000.1.

I would suggest using pci_iomap(), which would accomplish the same thing 
in a slightly more clean manner.
