You are doing exactly the same thing as DECLARE_BITMAP here, so just use 
DECLARE_BITMAP :)

include/linux/types.h:
	#define DECLARE_BITMAP(name,bits) \
	        unsigned long name[BITS_TO_LONGS(bits)]
