IT firmware supports TRIM. You may use
ftp://ftp.supermicro.com/driver/SAS/LSI/2008/ tools to flash IR firmware instead
of iMR (megaraid), then flash to IT firmware. Then you may flash latest IT
firmware to ensure that TRIM is supported.
