Subject: [PATCH] scsi: ufs: Optimize the command queueing code

Remove the clock scaling lock from ufshcd_queuecommand() since it is a
performance bottleneck. Instead, use synchronize_rcu_expedited() to wait
for ongoing ufshcd_queuecommand() calls.
