the check:
if (optlen < sizeof(struct sctp_reset_streams))
in sctp_setsockopt_reset_streams() is not correct, the srs_stream_list
memory should have been counted as well.

This crash is no longer occurring.  I assume it was fixed by commit
2342b8d95bcae5 (thanks Xin!), so let's tell syzbot:
