Hmm.. That means defining  CPU_LITTLE_ENDIAN  based on "def_bool 
!CPU_BIG_ENDIAN" will
  be a problem for Xtensa because menuconfig does not have the knowledge 
of compiler builtin macro.
Is that correct?
