The patch below enables the IBM Multiport Serial Adapter for the Linux 
OS.  This driver is for a family of multiport serial adapters including 
2 port RVX, 2 port internal modem, 4 port internal modem and a split 1 
port RVX and 1 port internal modem.  We have applied & tested this patch 
against our iSeries and pSeries machines (there are no known existing 
defects following this testing).

We would like this code accepted into the kernel.  It was previosly 
submitted to the linux-serial mailing list, and we believe we have 
addressed any coding issues raised.   Are there any additional concerns? 
 How do you suggest we proceed to have this code accepted?
