We need little update.

Build failed on CONFIG_SERIAL_EARLYCON=y and CONFIG_SERIAL_SH_SCI=m.
I think it only COMPILE_TEST.

earlycon code depend on CONFIG_SERIAL_SH_SCI_EARLYCON
