Yes, of course.
I compiled SDL library (c) SDL_gfx (c) GUILib (c++) and I have done a sample
application visualizing an RPM meter (for automotive race application).

It's only a test application.
I built the makefile starting you one of yors and modifing the makefile into
build direcotry.
I Attach a screeshot of the aopp on PC, but exactly the same is executed on
fbdev of rsk+/7203.
I have a photo but it is not so clear being dond with a mobile phone.
If you want to see I can send you when I download it.
